   Please fill out the form to request an additional cart be added to your Utility Service Account. This form must be completed by the primary on the utility account. Once the form has been received, your account will be updated and a service fee will be applied. Please allow 10 business days for your cart to be delivered. If the cart is not received please communicate with the Utility Billing Department ub@cityofpilotpoint.org
